27th IPCA Congress held meeting in Torrevieja, Spain in the Hotel Playas de Torrevieja*** during the 20th IPCA World Individual Chess Championship 2021, on 24th October 2021, from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.

1. Opening of the 27th IPCA Congress by the IPCA President.

3.3. IPCA hosted the 1st Online IPCA World Chess Championship, June 2020, 1st FIDE Online Cup for Players with Disabilities 2020 (Open and Junior U20), 1st and 2nd FIDE Online Olympiads 2020 and 2021, 1st FIDE Online Olympiad for disabled people 2021.

Attention Chess Players,
Due to overwhelming demand and interest in our event, the tournament will take place at Hotel Playas de Torrevieja, Calle del Cabo, s/n, Torrevieja (Alicante), 03188 Spain in place of previously planned venue.
New hotel is similar in rating and standards but will accommodate our needs better.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and last-minute change.
Please be rest assured that this change won’t be a problem because the participants of the tournament will be transported by bus from Alicante Airport to the hotel and back.
