Dear member federations

Following the huge success of the first edition held in 2020, FIDE has recently announced the 2nd FIDE Online Olympiad which will take place from August 13 to September 15 2021.

The Regulations for the FIDE Online Olympiad 2021 can be found here.

We are pleased to invite your national team to take part in this great event.

An Invitational Link as well as a unique login and password to access the Registration Form have been sent to the President of your National Federation on July 14. Please ask your President to share the registration credentials to start your team registration.

Kindly note that the Registration deadline is 31 July 2021.

Before starting your registration, please have a close look at the Introduction Information given on the first page of the Registration form.

The games will be played on chess.com platform.

All teams of the FIDE Online Olympiad 2021 will be announced on 3 August 2021.
Base division composition will be announced on 8 August 2021.
