INVITATION TO FIDE SEMINAR FOR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZERS

Spain / Torrevieja, 20th – 22th October 2021

Objective: To train and certify Organizers of international chess events in compliance with FIDE regulations.

The seminar is organized by IPCA (International Physically Disabled Chess Association) and co-organized by FIDE Events’ Commission (EVE) during the 20th IPCA WORLD
INDIVIDUAL CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP 2021

Subject: This seminar will be held at Spain / Torrevieja, 20th – 22th October 2021

Successfully Seminar attendees will grant a FIDE IO Norm necessary for the FIDE IO title application.

Schedule:
Wednesday, 20th October 11:00 to 15:00 Seminar (Part 1)
Thursday, 21th October 11:00 to 15:00 Seminar (Part 2)
Friday, 22th October 11:00 to 15:00 Seminar (Part 3 — Exams and Debrief)

Accommodation and meals

Full board from dinner on 19st October to breakfast on 22th October 2021.

Transport: There will be arranged the transport from Alicante airport to hotel and back.

The costs for travel, board & lodging will be covered by the federation registering the participants, club or participant

• Event Management. – Special Event Regulations
• FIDE Online Chess Regulations; Hybrid Chess Tournaments. – FIDE Identity & Sponsorship guidelines
• Ratings and Titles – Tournament Conditions

Seminar Fee: 100 Euros – for members of IPCA and 150 Euros for other participants.

The participation costs should be paid on the Bank account of the organizer not later than 10th October 2021.

Participants:
Maximum 40, registration priority is given to participants from IPCA.
Participants from other countries need a confirmation to pay the entry fee.

Lecturer: Olexandr Prohorov (UKR) IA, IO FIDE EVE Lecturer.
Language: The seminar will be held in the English language with translation into Russian language.
