Dear friends! Today our IPCA team started in the 2nd Online Olympiad. The start was not easy. In the first round, our team lost to the South Korea national team with a score of 5-1, but our players are not afraid of difficulties and already in the second round we played a draw, and in the third we won back losses, having won 5-1 against the Fiji team.
The best players of the first day were Igor Yarmonov (Ukraine) and Ilya Lipilin (Russia). They scored 2 points out of 3.
We wish all players victories in tomorrow’s games.

Day 2
The second day of performance of the IPCA team in the Online Olympiad has ended. The script was similar to the previous day. In the 4th round we lost to Sri Lanka team with a score of 4-2. But in the 5th round we won with a score of 5-1 against New Zealand. And in the 6th round in a very important match against the Japanese team ended in our favor with a score of 4-2.
Now we are in 5th place, 7 of 12 points. Tomorrow we will play in the 7th round with the leaders of our group – the Malaysian team. We wish our team victory.
The best players today: Gurbanov Andrei (Israel) 2 of 2, Alexandrova Alexandra (Israel) 3 of 3, Kaydanovich Marina (Russia) 2 of 2, Dorozhkina Maria (Russia) 2 of 2.
Maria made a present to herself for her 20th birthday.

Day 3
The final day of the games of the 3rd division at the 2nd FIDE Online Olympiad 2021 has ended. Our players proved that they real fighters and finished the tournament with three victories in a row. We beat the winner of the subgroup – the Malaysian team. Unfortunately, these victories were not enough to promote to the next division. We shared 3 – 4 places with the Sri Lanka team, gaining 13 team points. But according to the total number of points scored by all players on their boards, we were on 4th place.
All our players were really a good, and even if our physical capabilities are limited, but intellectually We are strength!
Soon we will meet a face-to-face at the 20th IPCA World Chess Championship, which will be held in October in Spain.
We are waiting for everyone physically disabled chess players at this event !!!
